provision of meta data such as VSE serial number, object names and parameterised units of measurement

parallel detection of the calculated diagnosis and monitoring objects for provision in moneo RTM for continuous condition monitoring

simultaneous provision of the detected object values and the currently valid parameterised variant switching to condition monitoring
